I have practiced in two primary areas of law since 1981. My personal injury practice focuses on representing individuals hurt in collisions and accidents. My clients have had a range of injuries from traumatic brain, severe bodily injury, to whiplash injuries. I strive to achieve settlements that minimize the trauma of litigation with a satisfactory economic result for all my clients.
My family law practice includes divorce, custody, property division, child and spousal support. I have represented thousands of individuals in family law matters. I strive to bring sound legal advice to an area of law full of emotional turmoil. People worry about their children, their assets, their ability to live after divorce.
I graduated in 1981 with both a law degree (JD) from Willamette Law and a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) from the Atkinson School of Business.
My practice has taken me around the State of Oregon, although my primary areas of service is in Salem, Dallas, Albany, and McMinnville.
I believe I bring a unique combination of education, experience and temperament that helps to resolve many problems without litigation, but I have the experience to take matters to trial if a solution cannot be reached.
Each area of law in which I practice requires different skills for which I am proud. Please look over the area of practice that fits your needs and call or e-mail me with your questions.
I am proud of the work I do for my clients in helping them resolve their legal issues. I hope we can help you, too.
My office is in the Capitol Center building in downtown Salem. The address is 388 State Street (next to Wild Pear Restaurant) and I’m in Suite 602. There is plenty of free parking in the Liberty Parkade, located right next door to the south.
